Tooling and Tool Storage Solutions
The Press Brake Productivity Tool Station comes in two variants, both engineered for the secure storage and exchange of WILA tooling. The ‘HD’ model is built for handling large, heavy tools and is compatible with the NSCL-HD-II-HC Heavy Duty Clamping system. The standard model is suited for smaller tools and works seamlessly with the WILA Premium Clamping system.
The connection between the press brake and the Tool Station is facilitated by two loading and unloading arms equipped with a roller and ball bearing system. This setup allows for swift, effortless, and safe storage, loading, and unloading of punches and dies of all sizes. Our system enhances operator working conditions and boosts productivity.

The Press Brake Productivity ToolStation is suitable in combination with NSCL/NSCR-II-HC and NSCL/NSCR-HD-II-HC and will be delivered with 1 module and one load/unload arm.
Dimensions approximately 2500mm x 1500mm (floor plan incl. arm)
Storage capacity 12 meters punches and 12 meters dies.
