The HMV slotting machine is an upgraded version of traditional equipment. Compared to traditional equipment, its main features are heavy-duty, high-speed, and high-efficiency. The machine adopts a frame structure design, connected with high-strength bolts, offering excellent overall rigidity and minimal deformation. The beam is fixed, and the workpiece is fed into the replaceable worktable by the feeding mechanism, ensuring the flatness of the worktable surface within ±0.03mm.
Optimized through finite element design. Before full steel welding, CNC milling is performed to ensure no gaps between plates. After welding, residual stress is eliminated in a tempering furnace, providing excellent overall rigidity, good precision retention, and a long service life. The system uses a Taiwan Yitu touchscreen system, which is easy to operate and automatically calculates inner and outer diameters. The slotting speed supports stepless adjustment. Slotting dimensions can be edited via quick input or drawing input, making it fast, simple, and easy to understand. The servo motors are Taiwan Yitu servo motors, offering high precision, fast speed, a slotting speed of up to 130 meters per minute, and low noise.
