6 Axes BGA Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system to precisely manage multiple motion axes, coordinating the movements of the upper and lower dies as well as the backgauge to achieve accurate bending of metal sheets at various angles and shapes. The six primary axes typically include Y1 and Y2 (controlling the vertical motion of the upper die via left and right hydraulic cylinders), X (managing the forward and backward movement of the backgauge), and R (governing the vertical motion of the backgauge). The additional “+2” axis is commonly used for the Z1;Z2-axis (lateral movement of the backgauge) or specialized functions such as automatic tool changing or angle correction. The system employs sensors to provide real-time feedback on sheet position and bending angle, integrating advanced programming algorithms to optimize the processing path.
